Shipping is a $5.00 flat rate fee for all orders in the United States.
We will no longer be offering express shipping. If you need your order shipped faster than the normal shipping, please contact us through our contact form on the website or through our facebook page.
Our local post office is closed on the weekend, so our shipping center is as well. This means all orders placed late Friday and on the weekends will not ship out until the following week. We only ship during the shipping centers business hours, which are Monday-Friday.
We ship through the USPS.
All orders are shipped with tracking. You can track your packages at www.usps.com
Summary: if you aren’t 100% happy with any item, simply return it! The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking.
Time Frame: items must be received back to our warehouse no later than 14 days from the date you placed your order. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time.
The Catch: Items must be returned in their original condition. They must not be altered in any way, this includes but is not limited to the following: makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.
Please do not use the shoe box as the main shipping container. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition, you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
The Exceptions: items in the "Sale" section, anything discounted 30% or more, scarves, belts, socks, hair accessories, and undergarments are final and cannot be returned. Shoes returned using the shoebox as a shipping container are not permitted.
Defective Items: if you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by facebook message within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.
Refund Type: Refund to the original form of payment will be issued, unless you specify that you want store credit. You will need to have a Wild Unleashed account in order to receive store credit.
Overview: returns sent in that do NOT meet the above criteria are subject to a 15% restocking fee

Please include your packing slip with your return. When returning an item with your packing slip, please mark the items you're returning and include the reason for return. If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a note with the following information:
Name, E-Mail, Order Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay your refund.
